Weekend Tracking... or the lack thereof

I fully intended to get back on track this weekend by tracking absolutely everything I ate. Unfortunately I'm horrible at tracking on the weekends, even when I'm doing well at tracking.

So it appears that it's a wash for this weekend.  I'll just sacrifice my Flex Points for the week and start tracking for real tomorrow.  That's one of the things I like about Weight Watchers, every day I can start over.  No matter what happens today, tomorrow starts with a clean slate.

Fortunately, my intention to track did help keep me somewhat on track so the weekend wasn't a complete failure.  Back to tracking tomorrow and back on track for the week.
